These Terms and Conditions incorporate the Entire Boat Rental Agreement including all vessel check-out forms  made available at the time of rental.

• A $100.00 Non-Refundable Reservation Deposit is required on a Major Credit Card, Debit or Check Card  at the time of Reservation for  Daily and Hourly Rentals.  This deposit will be applied to your total charges.  Full payment, including taxes, is due prior to check-out time.  Payment for same day rentals are due at the time of reservation over the phone.
• A $200.00 Reservation Deposit is required on all advanced Deluxe 2-Day, Deluxe 3-Day Weekend, Extended and Vacation Rentals at time of reservation and will be applied towards your total rental.  Balance of rental is due at time of check out. ($150 of this deposit is non-refundable).
• A Major Credit Card Number will be required before picking up the boat to serve as a Security Deposit.  The major credit card guarantees rental fees, expenses, fuel costs and any damages. DEBIT or CHECK CARD are not acceptable for Security Deposits.  ALL SEASONS BOAT RENTALS  WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for delays in customer bank refunds.  PERSONAL CHECK AND CASH DEPOSITS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
• A minimum of  7 days advance notice   is required for any cancellation of an Extended or Vacation rental period.  A minimum of 3 days for a Deluxe 2 Day or Deluxe 3 Day Weekend rental.  Any cancellations made less than the described minimums will result in deposit being forfeited.  Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will received a $100.00 refund.
• Drivers License and Major Credit Card must match the individual responsible for the rental,
• Payment of all rental charges including taxes are payable at time of rental/check-out; fuel costs are due upon return. 
• Lessee must be 21 years old or older to rent a watercraft.
• All watercraft are subject to availability due to unforeseen damage or repair beyond lessors control.
• Boarding onto or from other watercraft is prohibited.
• Lessee prohibited from taking vessel to shore or land of any kind. Must stay 150 feet from land/shore at all times.
• Lessee is responsible for any damage to boat, motor or prop.
  Payment for any damages must be paid immediately upon check-in of watercraft.
• Children 12 years old and under must wear life jackets at all times
• Everyone must be seated when boat is moving. No cooking or fires on boats
• Automatic forfeiture of deposit if ticketed by Lake Patrol for any infraction of Lake rules
• Lessee is subject to automatic forfeiture of deposit if Lessee violates any terms or conditions of this rental agreement.
• Late returns shall result in a $25 fee for each 15 minutes customer is late.
• Lessee will be responsible for loss of future rental income should the watercraft become disabled as a result of damage caused by lessee's failure to comply with all terms and conditions of this rental agreement.
